  • All products are handcrafted or delicately finished, which may result in minor natural variations

Such variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors

  • Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation

4. Order Acceptance

MANRAH reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation:

  • You will be notified via email

  • Any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors

  • MANRAH is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

  • Once the order is dispatched, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

  • Customers are required to email care@themanrah.in with product images for approval

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

  • Refunds will be processed after quality inspection and approval

MANRAH shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
