Return Request Window
Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:

All original packaging must be intact

Shipping & Charges

Return shipping will be borne by the customer

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned piece, we will notify you of the outcome

Approved returns will be processed to the original mode of payment within a few within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@themanrah.in.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
